WebUsing MSI Afterburn, I could see that the 1060's Fan Speed does not change, it always stays at 30% (960 rpm) regardless of the GPU's temperature. Even if I turn on the "Enable user defined software automatic fan control" option under MSI Afterburn, nothing changes, even with GPU temperature ranging from 40 to 75 degrees.
