WebAlso, after the stretch isn't so new (maybe a few days after/not tender), take your plugs out when you shower every day, and very gently massage them for 15 seconds each under the warm water. Let your ears dry 15-30 minutes after showering before putting the plugs back. I didn't think it helped, but at bigger sizes it is way more obvious.
